A fantastic place to learn Brazilian Jiu Jitsu. Professor David has established a friendly and supportive place to train. All students from ages 3 - adults are supported by all the coaches and everybody helps each other out. The families are welcoming of new students and their families & we all encourage each others kids. Whether its for fitness, self defence or competition training everyone is encouraged to step outside their comfort zone & push themselves. Our family loves training there together!
